Refund policy

At Veermode Ltd, quality, presentation, and customer experience are central to everything we do. We aim to ensure a clear and fair returns process.

1. Bespoke Gifting Services

Due to the personalised and customised nature of our gifting services:

All bespoke gifting orders are non-refundable once approved and processed. This includes:

  • Curated gift boxes
  • Sourced items
  • Personalised or custom packaging

2. Returns Window (Products Only)

Items purchased from our shop are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. 

Some items may be marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must:
  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Be free from marks, odours, makeup, perfume, or damage
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery
  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Any item marked as FINAL SALE

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence

We will prioritise resolving the issue promptly.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact:

Once approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • You are responsible for securely packaging the item
  • We recommend keeping proof of postage

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return costs

8. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–15 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is faulty)
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

10. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet our policy
  • Return items back to the customer if they fail inspection
