1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Product Orders (Shop Items)

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Bespoke Gifting Orders;

Due to the customised nature of our services:

Processing time: 3–10 business days (or longer depending on sourcing requirements)

Timelines may vary based on product availability and complexity

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during the curation process.

5. International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted courier partners, including: Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, DPD, EVRI

Carrier selection depends on order size, destination, and availability.

7. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak periods (e.g. holidays)

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days, please contact us.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect information

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection

Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us and subject to additional charges.

11. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • We will investigate with the courier

Resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

12. Order Acceptance & Verification

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

We may request additional verification before processing your order.

13. Pricing Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur.

If a pricing error is identified:

We may contact you for confirmation, or

Cancel the order and issue a full refund
